WCA Meetings
Westacres Community Association (Main Board) meets on the second Monday of each month at the clubhouse at 7pm. Public Forum at 7pm prompt, if you are a resident and have something to discuss with the board. If you wish to host a community (free) event at the clubhouse, please remember that you must come and discuss your proposal with the Board at one of their monthly meetings before your event can be approved.
WWC Meetings
The Womens Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month during the fall, winter and spring. The new board reconvenes each September, but we love to hear from potential board members at any time of year, and it's a great way to meet other ladies in the neighborhood. We have a party to welcome new ladies to our neighborhood each fall, and a Thank You dinner to celebrate all our event and block chairs in the summer. We host approximately three fundraising events each year, the proceeds supporting our community activities, local charities and community projects. All adult female members are automatically members of the Westacres Women's club; please visit our page for more information about what we do and how to join us.
